Quiet, Calm, Peaceful (MicroCalming), the ITQS Self-Calming Skill —
Key to Improved Coping 

Quiet, Calm, Peacefula conditioned calming tech-nique developed by ITQS, is a form of associative learning. The practitioner learns to systematically con-nect a gentle verbal clue with the positive physical and emotional state experienced in the ITQS room. Practiced over a relatively short time, calming be-comes conditioned, enabling practitioners to recon-nect to inner quiet whenever and wherever they are, access inner resources, and cope well with the situation at hand.

This technique is learned in an ITQS facility that we establish wherever one is needed. ITQS rooms can be set up in kindergartens, schools, children's hosp-ital wards, child development centers, youth clubs; absorption centers; and in the home.

These are times of insecurity, anxiety and confusion; of noise, multiple stimulii and endless desire. They require a clear and significant response. People today seek something simple yet profound, a solution that anyone can practice any time in everyday life.
