Naim, Shaket, Ragua is a unique self-calming technique developed by professionals in the north of Israel and implemented in kindergartens and schools over a number of years.
Naim, Shaket, Ragua enables children to calm themselves, both quickly and effectively when pressured, both inside and outside the classroom.
In this workshop you will learn:
How to prepare a Quiet Room or corner in a kindergarten and school
Naim, Shaket, Ragua, the Self-Calming Technique
How to implement the ITQS rituals which accompany the practice of Naim, Shaket, Ragua
About the theoretical foundations of In the Quiet Space and Naim, Shaket, Ragua
How to teach Naim, Shaket, Ragua to children and teenagers in kindergartens and schools
About the dilemmas and challenges of implementing Naim, Shaket, Ragua in various educational settings.

Duration: 3 three hour meetings over a period of a month
